Human Resources Officer

Human Resources Officer Jin Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented female Human Resources Officer for our Islamabad team. This is an onsite role. Soft Skills: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to work independently. Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles: job postings, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting. Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities. Draft internal communications and company announcements. Handle employee relations and employee queries. Foster a positive workplace culture. Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.

Strong sourcing and screening skills. Experience coordinating and conducting interviews. Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation. Understanding of employee relations practices and grievance handling procedures. Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices in Pakistan. Experience planning or supporting employee engagement initiatives and events. Proficient in standard office productivity tools: spreadsheets, documents, and presentations. Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus.
