Job Overview & Description

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Laravel / PHP Engineer to architect and build high-volume financial and enterprise web platforms. You will work alongside world-class engineers using modern PHP 8.3+, Laravel 11/12, MySQL, Redis, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable RESTful microservices and API integrations.
• Optimize complex database schema and write performant SQL queries.
• Implement queue processing, caching layers, and automated tests (PHPUnit/Pest).
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

Requirements & Skills

• 4+ years of professional backend development with PHP & Laravel.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID design patterns, and MVC architecture.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
